We offer ONE month FREE pet insurance cover to all new customers who take out a policy from 6 weeks up to 52 weeks of age and one month FREE for pets over 1 year of age.

Month-to-Month

Third Party Liability Insurance
We provide financial cover, up to $10,000, if a pet causes loss or damage to someone else’s property, or death or bodily injury to any person.
Fast and Fair Claims Service
Thanks to being our own underwriter, our in-house team makes quick and fair decisions. Our commitment is to pay claims in less than two business days of receiving all paperwork and workings towards a 2-hour turnaround!
Excess Options
Customers can choose from three excess options: $75, $125, or $175 giving them certainty of the amount, they will contribute at claim time. We pay 100% of the claim cost, less the excess up to the claim limit.

Our online Portal allows you to submit a claim, manage your policies and much more.
