Our Cattery & Routine
Our cattery is a 3 tier quiet space, well away from the boisterous dogs! We cater to young, energetic kittens (4 months and over) through to elderly and less mobile cats. All cats have the option of getting out into our fully contained outside area, for fresh air.
At 8.00am our feline guests get a top up of water dry food and by mid morning each unit has had a full clean.
Social cats can wander the corridors and go outside into the grassy enclosure for some fresh air.
At the end of the day, all cats have another food and water refill with lights out at 6pm.
We use Royal Canin cat food however if you would prefer your kitties to be on their own food, we can accommodate this.
We offer heated individual units of 2.3m x 1.3m. Each unit has three levels:
ground is for toys and litter trays.
level 2 provides a little hidey-hole for your feline fur baby.
level 3 for sleeping, food and water.
Nutrition
We have partnered with Royal Canin for your loved one’s nutrients and treats. We’re also able to accommodate any particular dietary routines, so please mention that when you book.
Vaccinations
Please note, all cats to be vaccinated against feline infectious enteritis (Panleukopenia), Rhinotracheitis (Herpes), and Calicivirus. Examples of vaccinations given are NOBIVAC, TRICAT, FEVAC3, or FEL-O-VAX4. Please check with your veterinarian about the immunisation frequency of the vaccines used.
Note: cats & kittens need to be vaccinated at least ten days before arrival.
Worm & Flea Treatment
All cats need to be dewormed and treated for fleas within the last three months at the time of arrival. We recommend using Frontline or Advantage flea treatments.
